Headquarters provides central control for chain stores. It manages chain store operations with information exchanged through phone lines or on a network. Headquarters gets complete sales, inventory, employee hours and stock transfer information from each remote site. Headquarters can maintain inventory at sites and manage stock transfers. Sites can see quantity on hand at all other sites as of last polling. CAP HQ includes HCOM, Sales Consolidator, Task List Editor, Region Manager and the application for central processing and reporting..

HQ     

 

Central control of chain stores. HQ includes HCOM, the Task List Editor, the sales consolidator and programs for reporting on sales, inventory and transfers. Generate purchase orders, by store or consolidated. Generate transfer orders. Get time clock records from stores. Send e-mail to stores. Assign stores to regions and regions to account managers.

HCOM

The Communications between sites. The central office automatically calls stores according to your schedule and gets sales, customer and employee time and attendance information. It sends inventory file maintenance. HQ is not required to use HCOM.

Task List Editor

Specify which files are exchanged by defining a list for the hub and the sites.

Sales Consolidator

Consolidates sales files, after polling, to permit consolidated sales reports for all stores.
